Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence through expert HubSpot management, website optimization, and strategic social media growth. You will create original, brand-aligned content and high-performing email campaigns to advocate for medical freedom and drive community engagement. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who can translate complex policy topics into compelling digital experiences.

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Full-time, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube by fostering a strong grassroots community
  • Write, edit, and execute high-performing email campaigns, including newsletters, fundraising appeals, and action alerts, using HubSpot and Constant Contact
  • Develop brand-aligned, organic graphics, videos, and articles that avoid generic templates to maintain a unique organizational voice
  • Design, update, and maintain website pages to ensure high performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO health, and functional integrity
  • Manage HubSpot CRM systems to ensure accurate supporter data, audience segmentation, and seamless integration across all digital tools
  • Track and analyze metrics across all digital channels to provide actionable insights and monthly reports on growth and engagement
  • Develop and deploy engagement tools such as petitions, surveys, and digital alerts to mobilize the audience for legislative and policy goals
  • Stay current on the Texas Legislature, medical freedom policies, and digital trends to ensure all messaging is timely, relevant, and strategic
  • Coordinate and manage a diverse tech stack, including Google Workspace, Revv, Anedot, and various social media scheduling tools
  • Partner with internal teams to align digital messaging with organizational initiatives, fundraising events, and large-scale design projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and website administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integrated digital platforms, including the CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising platforms and digital campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, original content and graphics aligned with brand messaging (not template-driven) (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED) 
  • Experience developing email campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement preferred.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • An understanding of current medical freedom and healthcare policy is preferred.

  • Professional English proficiency with a talent for translating complex policy topics into compelling email campaigns, newsletters, and digital content that drive growth.
  • Expertise in managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build a grassroots community through organic, message-driven content.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, email marketing tools (Constant Contact), and website CMS (WordPress, Wix, Shopify), including basic HTML/CSS and SEO optimization.
  • Strong visual judgment and the ability to produce brand-aligned graphics, videos, and invitations using Canva or similar tools, avoiding generic or over-templated designs.
  • Ability to develop and deploy digital tools such as petitions, surveys, and action alerts to mobilize audiences and support fundraising initiatives.
  • Proficient in using analytics and scheduling tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) to monitor growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactive in researching legislative trends and using tools like Google Alerts to identify news opportunities that increase website traffic and strengthen content strategy.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to optimize internal workflows while ensuring all creative output remains human-led and mission-focused.
