Join a dynamic team dedicated to managing the Amazon Career Choice Programme, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transitioning employees into professional driving careers. You will drive success by managing the full candidate journey—from lead conversion and enrollment to final job placement—within a high-impact, target-driven environment.

Schedule

Full Time - 40h per week - 9am-6pm UK business hours

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads via Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up for all prospects.
• Conduct screening calls to convert eligible Amazon employees into training candidates.
• Explain the full pathway including medical assessments, theory, practical stages, and CPC.
• Create Lloyds payment links and monitor status to facilitate candidate enrollment.
• Update Salesforce records and track candidate progress through the 6-month program.
• Coordinate training stages and medical bookings with the internal operations team.
• Approve Amazon funding requests and track associated PO numbers for candidate files.
• Handle candidate objections and secure commitment to the training pathway.

Requirements

• Strong sales and professional communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Confidence navigating multiple software systems and CRM platforms.
• Bonus if you have experience with Salesforce lead management.
• It helps if you have a background in logistics or driver training coordination.
