Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to conduct cold calling campaigns and schedule appointments for roofing services. This role will focus on contacting potential clients based on specific parameters and converting them into qualified appointments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting within the construction or home services industry.

Client Overview

Our client is an established construction company specializing in remodeling, roofing, and siding services. They are expanding their roofing division and seeking to build a direct outreach team to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT  (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients based on provided parameters and target criteria.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners to generate interest in roofing and siding services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the designated system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Strong cold calling skills with demonstrated success in scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and appointments.
  
• Experience in the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
