Job Overview

Our client is seeking a high-energy professional to drive growth for their branding, marketing, and consulting practice. You will be responsible for identifying prospects with a genuine need for premium creative services and moving them through the pipeline. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

    Note: Potential to transition to 40 hours within 30–60 days based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze inbound lead lists to identify and prioritize prospects who require branding and marketing consulting services.
  • Conduct consistent outbound calls following an established outreach system to engage new prospects.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and appointments on behalf of the business owner.
  • Execute timely and structured follow-ups to ensure leads do not go cold.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all outreach activity and lead status within GoHighLevel.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with the business owner to review targeting strategies and lead quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel as a CRM and outreach platform is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, personable, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Ability to quickly learn a new industry, service offering, and target market.
  • High level of attention to detail when qualifying and prioritizing leads.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets.

Scope

  • Work is aligned to the New Jersey (EST) time zone during peak calling hours.
  • Performance is measured by appointment volume, follow-up consistency, and lead conversion quality.
  • Requires real-time communication via chat or video call during outreach sessions.
