This role is focused on converting real estate agents into active partners and driving ongoing business from them. It’s a relationship-driven, revenue-focused role (not just one-call closes)
Responsabilities
- Speak with agents after initial interest or demos
- Convert them into active partners (not just “interested”)
- Follow up persistently with agents who don’t show or go cold
- Build relationships and stay in regular contact
- Push agents to send deals, leads, or access to their database
- Handle objections and control the conversation toward a clear outcome
Requirements
- Proven closing experience (B2B, real estate, mortgage, or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Comfort managing longer sales cycles and follow-up
- Strong objection handling and confidence leading conversations
- Experience owning a pipeline and being accountable for results (not just calls made)
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, morgage sales, B2B services, or high-ticket sales environments
This person must be able to drive revenue and behavior, not just book appointments.
