Overview

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize property listing information including tax details, rental items, inclusions, and exclusions for data sheets.
  • Prepare and manage real estate documentation including listings, contracts, and compliance documents with accuracy.
  • Conduct client follow-up communication after open houses and property viewings to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
  • Coordinate transaction paperwork including offer preparation and processing on an as-needed basis.
  • Navigate MLS systems to retrieve and manage property listing information efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or similar administrative role in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client outreach and follow-up.
  • Experience with real estate lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in navigating MLS systems and real estate databases.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Canadian real estate laws and regulations (Ontario); Background in cold calling or outbound sales.
