Salon Booking & Support Rep

Overview

Join a thriving beauty and wellness brand as a key liaison for two premier salon locations. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-volume client interactions and streamlined booking processes in a fast-paced, glamorous industry.

Schedule: 

  • Shift A (28 hours/week): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and Friday and Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

  • Shift B (29 hours/week): Monday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM), and Sunday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Note: All times are in United States Pacific Time (PT).

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to messages from Facebook and Instagram in a timely manner.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the CRM system while managing calendars for two locations.
  • Process customer deposits ($25 for basic services, $50 for premium permanent makeup services) over the phone to secure appointments.
  • Make outbound reminder calls to customers about upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows.
  • Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and current promotions using information available on the company website.
  • Send daily reports summarizing calls handled, appointments booked, and any customer issues requiring management attention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or appointment scheduling roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Comfort with learning and navigating CRM systems and online booking platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to use cloud-based phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing multiple location calendars.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
