Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to support the growth of our company by improving how we convert interest into meaningful opportunities. This role focuses on ensuring that our digital platforms, systems, and communications work effectively to capture, nurture, and convert leads. You will play a key role in strengthening the pathway from initial engagement through to enquiry and opportunity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys improving systems, working with data, and making small changes that lead to measurable impact.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (UK Time, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Website & User Journey Optimisation
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring all key pages are clear, accurate, and aligned to current priorities.
- Improve user journeys across the website to make it easy for users to understand services and take action.
- Review and optimise calls to action, page structure, and messaging to increase enquiries and engagement.
- Identify and resolve friction points that may prevent users from converting.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Manage email campaigns, including:
- Event invitations
- Follow-up communications
- Nurture sequences
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up after events, enquiries, and interactions.
- Maintain accurate and organised CRM data, ensuring all leads are captured, tracked, and kept updated.
- Support the development of simple, effective email journeys to improve engagement and Conversion.
Lead Tracking & Conversion Support
- Track where leads are coming from and how they move through the pipeline.
- Ensure that no leads are lost due to gaps in the process or follow-up.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve how leads are handled and progressed.
- Develop an understanding of what drives strong conversion and contribute to improving performance over time.
Campaign & Digital Support
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by maintaining and updating landing pages, uploading content and resources, and ensuring all digital activity aligns with current priorities.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and consistently across all digital platforms.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact campaign performance or user experience.
SEO & Digital Visibility
- Support the improvement of our digital visibility through simple and effective SEO practices.
- Update and optimise website content to ensure it is clear, relevant, and aligned to user search intent.
- Upload and structure blog content in a way that supports discoverability and user engagement.
- Monitor basic performance trends (e.g., traffic to key pages) and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure priority services and pages are easily found and well presented.
Performance Tracking & Insight
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including:
- Website enquiries
- Email performance
- Lead sources
- Provide insights into what is working and where improvements can be made.
- Support the Marketing Manager in identifying opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency.
Professional Development
- Engage in ongoing learning to develop an understanding of:
- Our services
- Digital marketing best practices
- User behaviour and conversion
- Observe service delivery where appropriate to build context and understanding.

Experience & Skills:
Required:
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Experience working with websites (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).
- Experience managing email campaigns and/or CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic performance data.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and analytics platforms.
Desirable:
- Experience working in education, healthcare, or purpose-driven sectors.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Brevo, or similar CRM/email platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience improving user journeys or conversion rates.
