Our client operates a successful driving school that provides comprehensive driving education services to students in their local area. They have generated over 1,000 qualified leads through advertising campaigns and require immediate support to convert these warm prospects into enrolled students.

Job Overview

This is a part-time inbound sales and administrative support role focused on converting warm leads into enrolled students for driving education courses. You will be responsible for following up with interested prospects via phone calls, emails, and text messages to provide information and facilitate enrollment in the driving school program. The role requires excellent communication skills as you will be representing a service-based business where trust and clarity are essential to converting prospects into paying customers.

Schedule: 21 hours per week, Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada) 

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with over 1,000 existing warm leads through phone calls, emails, and text messaging to provide enrollment information and answer questions.
  • Convert inbound leads into enrolled students by clearly communicating the value and benefits of the driving school services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the enrollment process for new students interested in driving courses.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry for all lead interactions and customer information.
  • Provide general administrative support including calendar management, inbox management, and other operational tasks as needed.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales experience in client-facing roles, preferably handling inbound leads in the North American market.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build trust over phone conversations.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage a high volume of leads through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and text.

Nice-To-Have Requirements

  • Previous experience in service-based sales rather than product sales.
  • Experience working with sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
