Job Overview - Social Media Specialist 
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to lead pre-launch strategy and execution for a growing marketplace brand. This role focuses on building awareness through engaging short-form content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while ensuring brand consistency and SEO alignment. You will also support light administrative tasks and collaborate across two businesses. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible growth potential and working hours aligned to Dubai time. 

Schedule: 8am to 5pm Dubai Time (Flexible during the clients working hours)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a pre-launch social media strategy to build hype and brand awareness for the marketplace across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create high-quality static posts and short-form video content including reels and shorts to drive audience engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and ensure content aligns with the marketplace's verified, trust-focused positioning
• Support SEO optimization efforts to increase organic reach and drive traffic to the website
• Handle virtual assistant duties including general administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination across both businesses
• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust content strategy to maximize reach and engagement

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency with CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
• Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools for video and image generation
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects
• Experience managing social media for brand launches or marketplace/e-commerce platforms is a plus

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
