Overview

Elevate your creative career as a high-paced Video Editor specializing in viral social media content. We are looking for a tech-savvy storyteller who masters both traditional editing suites and cutting-edge AI tools to deliver high-performing content for top-tier platforms.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Bay Shore, NY with 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)  EST

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
  • Produce content optimized for performance, audience retention, and platform algorithms
  • Create and design social media posts alongside video content
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the team on content strategy, trends, and creative direction
  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline editing workflows and improve turnaround time
  • Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual quality across all content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically for social media content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging video edits (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as:
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • DaVinci Resolve
    • (or equivalent tools)
  • Experience using AI tools for video editing and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently with quick turnaround times without compromising quality
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) is required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
