Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Remote Patient Support Coordinator to assist patients through virtual kiosk check-ins across multiple clinics. This role involves monitoring live feeds, guiding patients through scheduling and payments, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience. You will manage appointments, engage patients in real time, and support retention by coordinating follow-ups. This is a detail-driven, patient-facing role requiring strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills.


Schedule: Availability during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live camera feeds across multiple clinic kiosks to identify patients who need assistance during the check-in process
  • Remotely take over self-service kiosks to guide patients through check-in, payment processing, and appointment confirmation
  • Review the daily huddle report to identify patients with unscheduled visits and proactively engage them to book remaining appointments
  • Coordinate and schedule patient visits across multiple clinics, accommodating individual availability and preferred time windows
  • Communicate with patients in a warm, professional manner to ensure a seamless and reassuring front-office experience
  • Process payments using cards on file with proper authorization during the remote check-in process

Requirements:

  • Prior scheduling experience in any industry (medical, dental, service-based, etc.)
  • Clear English with excellent verbal communication skills suitable for patient-facing interactions
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to perceive and respond to participant engagement and sentiment in a digital environment. 
  • High level of attention to detail when managing patient records and appointment schedules
  • Ability to multitask effectively while monitoring multiple screens and camera views simultaneously
  • Quick thinker with strong common sense and the ability to make real-time decisions independently

Scope:

  • Oversee kiosk operations across two to three clinics with approximately six kiosks at a time
  • Work within Mountain Standard Time business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Receive in-house training on the electronic medical records system and internal check-in processes
  • Follow company scripts and protocols for patient engagement and visit scheduling
  • Support patient retention by ensuring all authorized visits are scheduled and confirmed

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
