Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute end-to-end marketing efforts for a high-ticket wellbeing program. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion—and can build, manage, and optimize funnels while supporting content and paid advertising strategies. You will work closely with the business owner to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer experience.

Through a combination of coaching, digital content, and structured programs, they help clients improve their overall wellbeing and create sustainable results. The business is now focused on scaling its online presence and increasing client acquisition through strategic marketing and optimized funnels.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible during business hours Bangalow, NSW (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end sales funnels (lead generation to conversion), including webinar funnels
  • Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; monitor performance and optimize for conversions and ROI
  • Analyze data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve funnel and campaign performance
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content aligned with brand and marketing goals, including content repurposing
  • Map and optimize customer journeys, identifying gaps and improving lead generation and conversions
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across funnels, ads, and content messaging

Requirements

  • Strong digital marketing experience (preferably high-ticket offers) with proven results
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales funnels (including webinars and launches)
  • Proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads with solid customer acquisition and buyer journey understanding
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
  • Strong content creation, social media management, and communication skills

  • Experience in coaching, wellness, or personal development industries
  • Basic design or video editing skills
  • Experience working with small business owners or founders
