You will work closely with the business owner to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end sales funnels (lead generation to conversion), including webinar funnels
- Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; monitor performance and optimize for conversions and ROI
- Analyze data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve funnel and campaign performance
- Plan, create, and manage social media content aligned with brand and marketing goals, including content repurposing
- Map and optimize customer journeys, identifying gaps and improving lead generation and conversions
- Collaborate on marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across funnels, ads, and content messaging
Requirements
- Strong digital marketing experience (preferably high-ticket offers) with proven results
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales funnels (including webinars and launches)
- Proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads with solid customer acquisition and buyer journey understanding
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
- Strong content creation, social media management, and communication skills
