Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) - Flexible during these hours 

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including sourcing coordination from Korea, the UK, and the USA
• Negotiate and secure the most competitive shipping rates and fulfillment solutions
• Oversee order management, tracking, and delivery to international destinations including Panama and Latin America
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, the company, and end customers on all logistics matters
• Monitor and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in international supply chain and logistics management
• Strong negotiation skills with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple supply lines simultaneously
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills for supplier and client interactions
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure

Scope

• Start at 20 hours per week (fractional) with potential to scale as distribution volume increases
• Work Central European Time (8 AM–5 PM CT)
• Coordinate logistics across multiple international sourcing and delivery markets
• Support the expansion of distribution operations as new brand clusters are onboarded
• Report directly to the founder on supply chain performance and cost optimization
