Job Description
You’ll be the driving force behind systematic lead generation and appointment setting for an established commercial cleaning operation. Working with a robust pipeline of 4,000+ qualified prospects, you’ll transform single-touch outreach into strategic campaign sequences that generate real appointments. This role offers direct impact on business growth while serving diverse markets across South Florida.

Schedule: 40h per week - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Florida)

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-touch email marketing campaigns using FranConnect CRM system
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to qualified prospects and warm leads
• Perform systematic follow-up phone calls on email campaigns and previous contacts
• Set qualified appointments for business owner meetings with commercial prospects
• Manage and optimize lead pipeline of 4,000+ prospects in established CRM
• Handle both digital outreach and phone-based prospecting activities
• Serve bilingual prospects across West Palm Beach and Miami markets
• Work with AI-generated content and refine it to publication standards
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in appointment setting or B2B sales roles
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and phone-based prospecting
• Experience working with CRM systems (FranConnect experience is a bonus)
• Email marketing campaign experience beyond single-touch outreach
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred for South Florida market
• Professional phone demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to work EST business hours with market-appropriate flexibility
• Experience with Amazon publishing tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Bonus if you have experience with legislative writing or creative content formats
