Job Description

You’ll be the financial backbone for multiple clients, managing their books with precision while enjoying the perfect blend of structured support and flexible autonomy. This role offers immediate impact—your expertise will directly influence client success and business growth. Schedule

• Initial 9-5 PST time zone availability required during training period with flexible scheduling once established; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks and Xero
• Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions in cloud-based systems
• Create detailed financial reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Handle streamlined bookkeeping tasks that don’t require full accounting software
• Work seamlessly with Intuit products and modern cloud-based accounting tools
• Participate in client discussions and provide valuable bookkeeping insights
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all client accounts
• Collaborate with team members on complex financial projects

Requirements: 

• 4 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based companies.
• Strong proficient in QuickBooks and Xero, with strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with Intuit products and cloud-based systems.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision—truly “plug and play” ready.
• Bonus if you have experience with sensitive financial data handling.
• It helps if you’re comfortable with virtual team collaboration and have reliable internet and a professional work environment.
