Overview
We are seeking a versatile professional to bridge the gap between high-quality customer support and proactive administrative management. This role offers the chance to grow within a creative brand by handling diverse tasks ranging from social media community engagement to streamlined email marketing.
Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time includes 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours a day/40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Handle order tracking, delivery, and returns in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, appointments, and task follow-ups
- Organize and maintain files, trackers, and brand documents
- Support email marketing: newsletters, bulk campaigns, follow-ups, and database management
- Engage in social media community management: reply to comments, DMs, and inquiries; support influencer/collaborator responses; basic outreach and engagement
- Provide general admin support and assist with research or coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service and admin support
- Proven experience in social media community engagement (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in email marketing tools/CRMs (newsletters, bulk sends, contact lists)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Gmail
- Bonus: Canva or other basic editing/design tools
