Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Content & Personal Branding Specialist to build and grow the online presence of a senior cybersecurity consultant. This role focuses on executing a consistent content and engagement strategy to increase visibility, credibility, and connections with C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, and decision-makers).

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM  (20 hours per week) Note: Hours are flexible; asynchronous work is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Execute a weekly LinkedIn content plan (posts, comments, and engagement) aligned with a professional, executive tone.
• Draft high-quality LinkedIn posts, comments, and responses using tools like Claude AI, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Monitor and engage with target profiles (CISOs, CIOs, executives) to increase visibility and connection opportunities.
• Track performance metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, and connection quality.
• Maintain organized tracking of outreach, interactions, and approvals.
• Research and support applications for speaking opportunities, podcasts, and industry awards.
• Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends and suggest improvements to content and engagement strategy.

Requirements

• Experience managing LinkedIn accounts for executives, founders, or B2B brands.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English with a professional tone.
• Understanding of LinkedIn as a thought leadership and lead generation platform.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest content ideas and engagement tactics.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, tech, or cybersecurity environments is a strong plus.
