Join a dynamic web design firm dedicated to boosting the online presence of businesses through "smart" website solutions. We are looking for a motivated professional to drive growth by engaging B2B leads and scheduling high-value appointments for our sales team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls per day to leads provided by the company.
  • Follow established scripts when calling businesses without websites or those interested in website improvements.
  • Contact warm leads generated from paid advertising campaigns.
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Track and report on call outcomes and appointment conversion rates.
  • Make a high volume outbound B2B cold calls per day using a provided script to engage prospective clients.
  • Set qualified appointments with business owners who need website design or improvement services.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Work through lead lists sourced from Google Maps scraping to identify businesses without websites.
  • Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
  • Communicate the value of web design services clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls per day consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional phone conversations.
  • Availability to work 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
  • High level of resilience and motivation in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing lead lists.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
