Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to conduct high-volume cold calls, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities.
This role focuses on reaching decision-makers, handling objections, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will manage lead data in a CRM and collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline growth.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 11 AM to 6 PM ET.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business locations to introduce vending solutions and qualify interest
- Identify and connect with the appropriate decision-makers within target organizations
- Capture and accurately log lead information including business contact details and confirmed interest level into the company's proprietary CRM
- Set qualified appointments and hand off warm leads to the internal sales team for further follow-up
- Follow a structured call script to maintain messaging consistency and ensure a professional first impression
- Provide organized raw data on each contact interaction to support the internal team's pipeline management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound appointment setting
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- Ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers with confidence
- High level of attention to detail when recording and organizing lead data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Scope:
- Full-time position (40+ hours per week) aligned with U.S. business hours
- Team of three cold callers reporting to the Director of Sales
- Short sales cycle focused on initial outreach, interest qualification, and appointment setting
- Commission structure available in addition to base compensation
- Access to the company's proprietary in-house CRM for lead management
- Sourcing from the Philippines and South Africa
