Job Overview
We are seeking a Web Developer to build and maintain responsive, high-quality websites. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, pays close attention to performance and usability, and can translate design concepts into clean, functional code.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT, 1 hour of unpaid break
Client Timezone: Mountain Time (MT)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs when needed
- Maintain site security and perform regular updates
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time
Requirements
- 3+ years of web development experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or modern frameworks such as React
- Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly websites
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrations
- Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience working with hosting environments and deployment tools
