Overview

As an Administrative Assistant & Sales Support Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of the business, supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks while also contributing to sales and client communication efforts. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and assertive individual who can manage calls, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring timely communication, and driving tasks forward with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls professionally
  • Monitor and manage the email inbox daily
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Assist with sales activities, including lead follow-ups and client communication
  • Support general business operations and workflow coordination

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative without constant direction
  • Assertive and confident—not afraid to follow up or push tasks forward
  • Able to take charge, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency—timeliness and responsiveness are critical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with call handling systems and CRM tools preferred
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly
