Business Development Associate (Healthcare)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume B2B cold calls to NDIS providers and aged care facilities to generate interest in mobile pathology services
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of NDIS providers and aged care homes across the Australian market
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business owner to close
  • Execute cold email outreach campaigns to supplement phone-based prospecting efforts
  • Track and report daily call activity, outcomes, and pipeline progress to ensure accountability
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and follow-up schedules

Requirements

  • Proven B2B lead generation and appointment setting experience (2–5 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn the healthcare or medical services industry
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection during outbound sales activities
  • High level of attention to detail when managing prospect data and follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily call targets without constant supervision

  • Target audience includes NDIS providers and aged care facilities across Australia
  • Full-time role (40 hours per week) with potential to evolve into a full-cycle sales position
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner who will handle all deal closings
  • Commission structure to be determined to incentivize performance
