Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

Join a thriving dental practice as a key driver of growth by turning enquiries into confirmed patient consultations. This role is perfect for a high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building immediate rapport over the phone.


Schedule:

  • Part-time, Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM UK time

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact new leads via outbound calls to book consultations and appointments for the dental practice
  • Handle inbound calls from new patients, ensuring each enquiry is managed with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Follow up with aged leads and prospects who submitted forms but have not yet booked an appointment
  • Accurately log all lead interactions, call outcomes, and appointment bookings within the CRM system
  • Follow established call scripts and workflows while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation style
  • Contribute to consistent patient pipeline growth by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, warm, and energetic phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail when managing lead data and updating records
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Resilient and self-motivated with the ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged

Scope:

  • Primary focus on new lead outreach and appointment booking for the dental practice
  • Secondary support for inbound patient calls and lead follow-ups during quieter periods
  • Commission-based bonuses available on top of base salary for consultations booked
  • All scripts, workflows, and software access provided by the client
  • No clinical or dental background required
