Community Manager

Job Description:
A Las Vegas-based marketing agency with clients nationwide specializing in integrated marketing for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators is looking for a Community Manager to own the online presence of our clients across social media, review platforms, and influencer relationships. We need is someone who shows up consistently, communicates professionally, and understands that a three-day-old unanswered review or comment is a huge missed opportunity.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Community Management
● Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile for all assigned client accounts
● Engage with followers in a way that reflects each client's brand voice — not a copy-paste template
● Flag content performance anomalies, unusual comment activity, or reputation concerns to the account lead
● Maintain a response time standard of under 24 hours for all inbound messages and comments
● Execute daily outbound engagement to drive organic account growth — this includes engaging with local hashtags, geotagged content, target audience profiles, and complementary brand accounts on behalf of each client
● Identify and engage with potential followers who align with each client's customer profile before they ever find the account on their own

Review Management

● Monitor and respond to all incoming reviews on Google, Yelp, and OpenTable for assigned clients

Update client listings for events and promotions to ensure accurate and timely information

● Craft responses that are professional, on-brand, and tailored to the specific review — not generic

● Escalate negative reviews that require client involvement or sensitive handling

● Track review volume, average rating trends, and flag any sudden shifts

● Maintain a review response log updated weekly

Influencer Outreach
● Identify and vet local micro and nano influencers relevant to each client's market and concept
● Manage outreach, communication, and follow-up with influencer prospects
● Coordinate logistics for hosted visits, gifted experiences, or collaboration agreements in partnership with the account lead
● Track outreach pipeline, response rates, and conversion to posted content in Notion dashboards 
● Maintain an updated influencer contact list with status, follower count, engagement rate, and notes

Requirements:
● Fluent in speaking and writing in English
● 1 to 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar client-facing role
● Prior experience working with restaurants, hotels, or hospitality brands is a strong plus
● Excellent written communication skills — you know how to adjust tone without losing professionalism
● Highly organized and self-directed; you do not need daily check-ins to stay on task
● Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
● Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, and OpenTable's operator dashboard
● Experience using a social media management or inbox tool (Metricool) is preferred
