Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Reddit, and Threads
• Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content that drives app awareness and user acquisition
• Actively promote and represent the app in relevant online communities, responding to conversations and threads authentically
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and touchpoints
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximize traction and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation for startups or early-stage brands
• Strong understanding of community-driven platforms such as Reddit and Threads
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for engaging, platform-appropriate content

Scope

• Build the app's social media presence from the ground up across all major platforms
• Drive organic user acquisition through strategic community engagement and content distribution
• Collaborate with the founder to align content with the app's brand vision and growth goals
• Report on key metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing content strategy improvements
