Responsibilities

  • Develop original social media content including copy, slide-based assets, and imagery
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing pipeline for multiple PR clients simultaneously
  • Execute strategic account tagging to maximize client visibility and searchability
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages and inbound client enquiries professionally
  • Curate and maintain a content calendar at least two weeks in advance for all accounts
  • Repurpose existing content to maintain a consistent presence across various platforms
  • Collaborate with agency owners to process raw assets and client-provided briefs
  • Ensure all output meets strict quality standards and aligns with specific brand guidelines

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in professional social media management
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt tone of voice for diverse sectors, from non-profits to businesses
  • Exceptional written English communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing high-volume client accounts in an agency environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within UK business hours
  • A portfolio of work showcasing successful social media content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Bonus if you have worked in a PR or communications agency setting
  • It helps if you have experience with basic graphic design for social media slides
