Shopify Growth Manager (Subscription & CRO)

Overview

As the E-commerce Manager, you will take full ownership of the digital growth and operational performance for three distinct Shopify storefronts. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you will manage the entire customer journey—from acquisition and conversion to long-term retention and subscription scaling. You will act as the technical and strategic lead for our Shopify stack, ensuring that our themes, landing pages, and subscription models are optimized for maximum efficiency. Beyond technical management, you will lead the CRM team to drive lifetime value and execute a high-velocity promotional calendar. This position is ideal for a data-driven leader who excels at "trading"—analyzing weekly performance and pivoting strategies in real-time to hit aggressive revenue and growth targets.

Schedule:

  • Full-time | Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm London UK timezone

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of three Shopify sites across key metrics, including revenue, CRO, AOV, acquisition, subscription, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Manage the Shopify stack by overseeing themes, PDPs, and collections, while building high-converting landing pages in Replo and managing Skio subscriptions.
  • Lead the CRM team end-to-end, directing the strategy for automated flows, seasonal campaigns, and advanced audience segmentation to maximize retention.
  • Plan and execute the promotional calendar, ensuring all site updates, discounts, and marketing assets are perfectly synchronized.
  • Drive weekly trading performance by analyzing data to identify trends, reporting on KPIs, and making real-time adjustments to hit sales goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on Shopify experience, with deep knowledge of managing themes, app integrations, and the backend environment.
  • Experience in food & beverage and understanding subscription models
  • Meta ads experience
  • Surface and prioritise CRO opportunities from analytics
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, Skio and Replo, including the ability to build custom landing pages and optimize subscription-based business models.
  • Strong CRM leadership background, specifically in building sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies and managing a team to execute them.
  • Analytical trading mindset, with a proven ability to use data to improve conversion rates and increase average order value.
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, with the organizational discipline to handle competing deadlines and complex promotional schedules.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce growth levers, particularly in acquisition, churn reduction, and increasing customer lifetime value.
