Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and confident Outbound Sales Representative to connect with local service businesses across the U.S. This role focuses on introducing a simple, value-driven offer—a free website preview—and turning conversations into qualified leads.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to local service businesses using provided leads and contact lists
• Deliver a friendly, non-pushy script offering a free website preview
• Capture key prospect details and email addresses accurately in the CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads and move them toward conversion
• Maintain a consistent daily call volume aligned with U.S. (Miami) business hours
• Provide regular updates on call activity, lead status, and pipeline progress
• Start with low-ticket website offers with the potential to grow into higher-value services such as AI solutions and automation
• Scale performance for the opportunity to transition into a full-time role

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling and appointment setting (U.S. market preferred)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems for lead management
• Confident, conversational approach (soft-sell, not aggressive)
• Strong attention to detail when tracking leads and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
