We are seeking a results-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter to join a dynamic real estate team and drive growth. As the vital first point of contact for homeowners, you will handle high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline. You will turn cold conversations into warm opportunities while ensuring the senior closers stay busy with high-quality appointments.

Client Overview:

Join a thriving real estate business dedicated to excellence in lead generation and strategic homeowner outreach. They specialize in high-volume outbound calling to identify motivated sellers and bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed deal. The team provides a fast-paced, supportive environment where your sales skills and bilingual proficiency will directly impact their expansion into new markets.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (CST, Chicago, IL) 40h per week with 1 hour break

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners to generate qualified appointments
  • Effectively overcome objections to maintain prospect engagement
  • Qualify leads to ensure meetings are set with genuinely interested homeowners
  • Manage scheduling for senior team members handling the closing process
  • Engage with Spanish-speaking homeowners to expand market reach
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and appointment activities

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional sales or cold calling experience
  • Strong background in the U.S. real estate market or similar outbound sales environment
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and objections
  • High self-motivation and ability to hit daily outreach targets
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM software and lead tracking tools
  • It helps if you are based in South America for optimal time zone alignment.
