Job Overview
Our client is looking for a highly organized and reliable Care Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing home care agency. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and is comfortable handling a high volume of client interactions.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to clients to coordinate care, confirm schedules, and provide updates
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and care details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on schedule
- Identify and escalate any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Support general administrative tasks related to care coordination
Requirements
- Excellent and clear English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and empathy
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes easily
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field is highly preferred
