Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer to help create modern, intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and can translate complex ideas into clean and engaging interfaces. This role will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mountain Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback and analytics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, user-centered design work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of usability principles and responsive design
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with product teams in agile environments
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
- Experience with usability testing tools and analytics
