Dedicated Account Manager (B2B Customer Service)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support and manage relationships with our B2B clients, including insurance companies and facility management firms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for client communication and service coordination.

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm UK time with one hour of unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, primarily via email, including job bookings, inquiries, and status updates
  • Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and provide accurate, timely information
  • Track and report job progress, ensuring full transparency throughout the service lifecycle
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of emails efficiently
  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing client interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling bookings and reporting
  • Ability to work independently after onboarding, with minimal supervision
  • Confident and professional phone presence

Role Details:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Focus on B2B accounts within the insurance and facility management sectors
  • Structured 2-week onboarding and training period led by the client
  • Gradual integration into the team post-training
