Job Overview

Our client is looking for a versatile Sales Development Representative to help drive outbound sales efforts while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both building pipeline and staying organized behind the scenes.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and cold email outreach
  • Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring all leads and activities are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and send proposals and quotations in a timely, professional manner
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email with clear and helpful communication
  • Support general administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and internal coordination
  • Assist with client onboarding to ensure a smooth handoff from prospect to active client

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales
  • Strong CRM management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable balancing sales responsibilities with administrative tasks
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
