Join a fast-paced team dedicated to strengthening Medicare client relationships through empathetic service and proactive outreach. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer support and soft sales, ensuring high satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance client coverage and streamline internal operations.
Schedule: EST florida. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to recently enrolled Medicare clients to assess their satisfaction with the enrollment experience
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for supplemental hospital indemnity coverage during retention calls
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within the CRM and spreadsheets
- Support new agent onboarding by completing clerical tasks and processing onboarding paperwork
- Deliver a professional and empathetic client experience that strengthens long-term retention
- Track and report on client feedback and enrollment satisfaction trends
Requirements
- Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly with Medicare or health insurance products
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
- Ability to transition service-oriented conversations into soft sales opportunities
- High level of attention to detail when managing client data and documentation
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and spreadsheet-based data management
