Job Overview

This is a full-time administrative role designed to support the existing team by handling operational tasks and client communications. The position may scale based on workload and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills and be comfortable with data entry and follow-up processes.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, 1 hour of unpaid break
Client Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Responsibilities

  • Process class rosters by inputting student names and information into the company system
  • Send follow-up emails to leads and clients to maintain engagement in the sales pipeline
  • Handle low-level client communications and respond to inquiries via email
  • Perform data entry tasks to support administrative operations
  • Assist with basic project work such as updating flyers and marketing materials
  • Communicate with internal staff using collaboration tools like Teams and email

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills for client-facing emails
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with administrative tasks and operational support
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily targets without constant supervision

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead pipeline management
  • Experience with basic graphic design or document editing tools
  • Background in healthcare or educational services is a plus
