Schedule
- Monday - Friday, Flexible during business hours, North Sydney Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate timesheets and invoices using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Manage and craft engaging responses to LinkedIn messages, expanding our digital presence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for our high-performing sales team
- Spearhead marketing administrative tasks to boost our brand visibility
- Maintain meticulous records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Outlook
- Provide crucial administrative support to enhance team efficiency
- Contribute creative ideas to improve our digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital communication, particularly on professional platforms like LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Outlook, with eagerness learning Office 365 products and other new software
- Comfortable with digital client interactions and remote collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of marketing principles with a passion for staying updated on digital trends
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
