We are seeking an experienced Senior Ads Specialist with 8+ years of proven expertise in digital advertising to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for a portfolio of 12+ clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute high-performing advertising strategies across Meta and Google platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to maximize ROI and performance
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and Zoom meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital advertising (Meta and Google Ads required)
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable leading client meetings and presenting performance insights
