This company is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services supported by reliable financial operations. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our growing team and ensure accuracy in financial records, reporting, and compliance.

Schedule: 40hours a week, 8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Utilize various accounting systems and tools to manage financial data efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year experience working with U.S. clients OR strong, demonstrable expertise in bookkeeping across diverse industries.
• Proficiency in using multiple accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
