Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Client Onboarding Specialist who can handle both technical social media optimization and high-touch client video calls. You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding new clients while ensuring their technical configurations and social media profiles are perfectly optimized within internal platforms.
Schedule:
- 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Eastern Standard Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct new client onboarding via video calls, walking them through service setup and configurations
- Optimize client social media profiles based on detailed checklists for brand consistency
- Manage professional client communications to resolve service-related questions and confusion
- Maintain accurate client data and ticketing records using Zoho and Airtable
- Set up and link client social accounts to automated posting platforms
- Execute administrative tasks and profile audits during downtime to support operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing optimization
- Confident, professional, and composed on-camera presence for video interactions
- Hands-on experience with Zoho and Airtable for data entry and ticketing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client frustrations independently
- Bonus if you have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- It helps if you have previous experience supporting real estate professionals
