Job Overview Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ready to learn to join their team. This position is fully remote with paid training and is ideal for an individual who is personable, punctual, and coachable. This is a seasonal position running from April through the end of September, with the potential for contract extension or a permanent role based on performance as the season concludes.
Schedule
The shifts we have available are as follows:

Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MDT (either Thursday or Wednesday as day off)

Monday-Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm MDT (either Thursday or Wednesday as day off)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to assist customers
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Reschedule appointments and manage calendar updates
- Transfer calls to the appropriate internal departments as needed
- Assist technicians with inquiries and coordination
- Meet company standards for call quality and performance metrics
Requirements
- Good conversational English and strong overall communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Enthusiastic and personable communication style
- Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback to improve performance
- Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
- A backup power option in case of power outages to ensure consistent attendance
