Senior Technical Consultant (Enterprise HubSpot Migrations)

Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic, data-driven HubSpot expert with 5+ years of experience to facilitate sustained growth within their digital ecosystem. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for executing advanced platform strategies, portal setup, and RevOps-centered migrations for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients' current tech stack, recommend an onboarding approach, and develop a plan to lead the customer to long-term success
  • Serve as the lead advisor to clients in regard to HubSpot solutions, operations, and hubs, helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
  • Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making
  • Create custom templates, workflows, and other functionalities that enhance user experience and support specific sales, marketing, service and web processes
  • Lead agency's HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Implementation projects
  • Support Digital Transformation team with implementation and tactical work for larger scale technical integration and migration projects
  • Monitor client accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide quality control authority of data integrity over CRM data and records
  • Plan, develop, deploy and maintain automation and programming
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in HubSpot CRM across 2+ hubs
  • 2–4 years in a technical pre-sales or solutions consultant role, ideally in a SaaS or agency environment. B2B experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record managing multiple client projects
  • Comfortable building and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, business understanding, and excellent execution and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of the sales pipeline and sales process, forecasting, and trends analysis
  • Direct experience executing multi-channel strategies, along with a strong grasp of the sales and marketing lifecycles
  • Familiarity with web, campaign, and marketing reporting, analytics, and best practices – ability to interpret and consult alongside implementation or integration projects.
  • Comfortable assessing, deploying, and customize platforms to drive sales and marketing performance including lead generation, qualification
  • Strategic, analytical, precise and detail-oriented, collaborative
  • Proactive when identifying and articulating risks and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically when communicating with clients and audiences with varying degrees of technical aptitude
  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Sales, Service, CMS, Data (Historically Operations Hub).
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, Objects workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and delivering product demos and technical documentation.
  • Expertise with CRM strategy, sales/marketing funnels, and lead lifecycle.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing) are a plus.
