Amazon Seller Central Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to take full ownership of the brand’s Amazon operations.

This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the Amazon account, including listings, advertising (PPC), brand registry, and backend processes — ensuring the channel is optimized for visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.

A growing e-commerce brand focused on delivering high-quality consumer products across online marketplaces. The company is scaling its Amazon channel and is looking for a dedicated specialist to drive performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible during client business hours (US Central Time, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management
    • Manage the Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end
    • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images)
    • Manage product variations and catalog structure
    • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
    • Handle cases with Amazon Seller Support when needed
  • Amazon Advertising (PPC)
    • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.)
    • Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
    • Conduct keyword research and ongoing optimization
    • Manage ad budgets and scale campaigns based on performance
  • Brand Registry & Growth
    • Manage and maintain the Amazon Brand Registry
    • Ensure brand assets, A+ content, and storefront are optimized
    • Support product launches and promotional strategies
    • Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
  • Operations & Backend Support
    • Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply/fulfillment
    • Monitor orders, returns, and customer feedback
    • Support reporting and performance tracking
    • Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts end-to-end
  • Strong experience with Amazon PPC and advertising optimization
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content
  • Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience handling Amazon cases and account health issues
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Strong communication skills
