Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Coordinator to support patient scheduling and daily clinic operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves managing appointments, following up with patients, and preparing charts to ensure smooth workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks independently. Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of medical terminology are essential.
Scope
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Central Time with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Call patients who no-show appointments
- Follow up on imaging ordered by doctors
- Get patient charts prepped before clinic appointments
- Schedule new patients
- Confirm future appointments
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and tests
- Organized and detail-oriented
