B2C Lead Generation Representative

Job Overview
Our client is looking for a professional and engaging B2C Lead Generation Representative to introduce high-quality water filter products and services to their customer base. This role focuses on informative, consultative conversations and relationship-building rather than high-pressure sales. You will be responsible for warming up and qualifying leads before handing them over to the onshore team for final quoting and closing.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to cold leads and existing customers to introduce water filter products and services.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations that reflect brand values and prioritize integrity over aggressive selling.
  • Qualify leads and transition them to the onshore team for quoting and final closing.
  • Manage follow-ups promptly via phone and email to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead statuses, and outcomes in the company systems.
  • Adhere to daily KPIs, including call volumes and new lead outreach, under the guidance of an onshore manager.
  • Represent the brand with a warm, professional tone, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing in a B2C environment.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected questions.
  • Ability to learn and confidently discuss product details without relying solely on a script.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach to managing daily targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an offshore management team.
