Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00 with 30 minutes unpaid break
• Client Timezone: EST

Responsibilities

• Extract and process daily sales data from restaurant POS systems with precision and accuracy
• Create detailed journal entries using established file structures and accounting protocols
• Perform consistent data entry tasks seven days a week, including flexible weekend coverage
• Maintain backend accounting operations with complete focus on data accuracy and system integrity
• Follow proven processes to ensure financial consistency across multiple restaurant clients
• Collaborate with internal team members and provide support for accounting inquiries
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements to ensure comprehensive daily coverage

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
• Comfort level with POS systems and basic accounting concepts
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedule requirements
