Job Overview

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Cold Caller to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls to property owners, using your communication skills to engage prospects and qualify them through specific property questionnaires. 

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners following a provided script and pitch
• Ask qualifying questions and accurately complete property questionnaires during each call
• Handle common objections and rebuttals professionally to keep prospects engaged
• Update call outcomes and lead information in shared Google Sheets in real time
• Inform qualified prospects that they will receive a callback from the UK-based team
• Maintain a consistent call volume and meet daily dialing targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing roles
• Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation and fluency
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to prospect responses
• Experience handling objections and managing rebuttals effectively
• High level of attention to detail when recording prospect information
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Scope:

• Use WebEx for making outbound calls and Google Sheets for lead tracking
• Collaborate with a remote team via communication platforms such as WhatsApp
• Report call statistics and results to management for performance monitoring
• Follow established workflows and qualification criteria as provided during training
• Contribute to the long-term goal of scaling the offshore telesales team
