Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify eligible TikTok creators in the US and Canada to join the creator network
• Verify creator eligibility through the TikTok Backstage system by checking availability status
• Send outreach messages and application links to prospective creators via the platform
• Maintain a consistent and high-volume outreach pipeline to grow the network's creator base
• Track and follow up on pending applications to ensure creators complete the sign-up process
• Communicate professionally with potential creators to represent the network's brand and value

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, outreach, or lead generation roles
• Persistent and proactive personality with a strong drive to meet targets
• Comfortable navigating online platforms and learning new back-end systems quickly
• High level of attention to detail when verifying creator eligibility

Scope:

• Operate within the TikTok Backstage system to manage all creator scouting and outreach
• Focus exclusively on creators based in the US or Canada who are not already in a creator network
• Collaborate directly with the business owner for training and onboarding
• Support the company's growth by consistently expanding the pool of active creators
