Overview
As an Assistant Administrator, you will support the daily operations of a memory care facility, ensuring smooth administrative functions while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. This role plays a key part in upholding quality care standards, supporting staff coordination, and assisting with initiatives to drive occupancy and business growth. You will work closely with leadership to monitor regulatory requirements, manage documentation, and ensure the facility operates efficiently and in alignment with licensing standards. This is an ideal role for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in senior care environments.
Schedule:
- Mon - Fri 9am-5pm EST
Responsibilities
- Support the overall administration and daily operations of the memory care facility
- Ensure the facility maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase occupancy
- Coordinate with staff and management to uphold quality care standards
- Monitor regulatory updates and adjust internal processes to remain compliant
- Assist with administrative reporting and documentation for facility operations
Requirements
- Prior experience working in assisted living or memory care facilities
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations in the senior care industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on administrative tasks
- High level of attention to detail
