Client Success Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Overview

Aesthetic and Venture brands under the Exilara constellation are seeking a highly organized and client‑focused Client Success Manager to support the onboarding, launch, and early success of new client sites. This role is critical in ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the launch process.

Schedule: 40hours a week, 8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for newly onboarding clients, guiding them through the launch process smoothly and on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with the teams to align on client needs and internal priorities.
  • Coordinate across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, documentation, and communication to prevent delays.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication with clients to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Keep internal teams updated and organized, proactively flagging potential issues before they impact client success.
  • Document processes and interactions with accuracy and discretion, ensuring compliance with healthcare‑adjacent standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of client‑facing or account management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with U.S. or international clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Warm, responsive, and detail‑oriented communication style.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage complex timelines.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and follow‑through in all client interactions.
  • Comfortable working in environments where clinical, legal, or compliance decisions are handled by other teams.
